I've just arrived in Amsterdam for a day in the life and weekend with my accelerator team. We're holding our first in-person meetup for members of my accelerator program, with around 30 people flying in from all over the world.

It's been a bit of a hectic start, with a 4am wake-up call and a delayed flight from Dubai. But I'm finally here, and it's 4pm in Amsterdam. I need to quickly get to the hotel, get ready, and head over to the event venue where we'll be meeting on a canal boat at 6pm.

It's great to be back in Amsterdam, a hub for my business. I have a few team members who are based here, including my assistant Nina and a developer from New Zealand. It'll be nice to catch up with them and the rest of the team in person.

I'm running a bit late, as usual, but I'm excited to meet up with everyone and see how the accelerator program is progressing. It's going to be a busy evening, but I'm looking forward to connecting with the AI agency owners and seeing what they've been working on.

We've got about 30 people flying in from around the world for this meetup, and we're going to be doing it on a canal boat, which should be a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to getting to know the businesses and projects the team members are working on, and to just reconnect with my "brothers" as I like to call them.

It's been a while since I've been in Amsterdam, but the city still has that great European charm and greenery that I love. I'm running a bit late to get to the event, but I'm sure it will be a great evening catching up with the team and seeing how far we've come. Can't wait to share more about it!

We're here in Dortmund, and my friends and business partners are all living here for the next couple of months. I wanted to come down and do a little bit of strategy with them. I was going to stay in my usual spot in D, which is really nice, but I realized that my friend Casey has his own little apartment, so I thought I'd come in and stay with him for a bit.

Casey's place is quite nice, and we've been working hard on the strategy for Morningside and Agentive. We've been using Figma boards to map things out, as it's really key when you don't have a whiteboard.

We've been discussing a few key things:

1. Preparing for the big proposal that's coming up for Morningside.
2. Finalizing our marketing plan for Morningside and getting some content out there.
3. Nailing down the exact list of tasks for the Education relaunch.
4. Figuring out the schedule for the upcoming videos and newsletter.

It's been great to have this dedicated time to work on the strategy and get everything aligned. Even though we're spread out across different locations, being able to come together and collaborate in person is invaluable. We're still trying to figure out the optimal way to structure our lives and work, but these in-person sessions are crucial for keeping us on track and moving forward.

As I reflect on the experience of having my team spread out across different locations, I can't help but acknowledge the challenges that come with this setup. While the flexibility to live and work from various parts of the world is undoubtedly a privilege, it also presents a unique set of obstacles that we're still trying to navigate.

One of the key issues we've encountered is the loss of efficiency and synergy that comes with not being physically together. When my friends and colleagues from New Zealand, who now work for me, are all in the same space, we're able to accomplish so much more and generate greater financial success. The impact of being together is undeniable.

However, with everyone scattered across the globe - from Dubai to Bali, Romania to Amsterdam - it becomes increasingly difficult to maintain that level of productivity and collaboration. The time zone differences, logistical hurdles, and lack of face-to-face interaction can all take a toll.

As we continue to explore this distributed lifestyle, we're constantly evaluating how to structure our lives and work in a way that optimizes for our desired outcomes, whether that's happiness, financial success, or something else entirely. It's a complex puzzle with considerations around taxes, residency, social connections, and personal fulfillment.

While we don't have all the answers yet, we're committed to finding the right balance and creating a lifestyle that allows us to thrive both individually and as a team. It's an ongoing process of trial and error, but one that I'm determined to navigate with my trusted colleagues and friends.

In the end, the flexibility and freedom that come with this distributed model are undoubtedly valuable, but we're also cognizant of the challenges. As we continue to evolve and refine our approach, I'm confident that we'll find the optimal solution that allows us to maximize our potential and enjoy the journey along the way.
